A Silver Creek man has been charged with Child Cruelty in the 1st Degree for reportedly leaving a viable injury on his stepston’s face.
Back on September 19th, Floyd County Jail records indicate 31-year-old Khuram Ramzanali struck the juvenile in the head, causing injury and leaving visible marks on his face. The incident allegedly occurred at his Pineridge Drive home.
Floyd County Police arrested Ramazanali on Friday, charging him with Felony 1st Degree Child Cruelty and Battery under the Family Violence Act.
Ramazanali was bailed out of the jail later in the day on a $5,200 bond.
