A single vehicle accident in Silver Creek resulted in the death of a Floyd County man Saturday Night. 

 

According Gordy Wright of the Georgia State Patrol, 30-year-old Michael Shane Hann of Silver Creek was traveling northbound on Abrams road near Pleasant Valley when he left the roadway in a curve and his 1968 Chevrolet C10 struck a tree. Hann was prounced dead at the scene.
