Child Molestation charges have filed against the LaGrange Man arrested Thursday in-connection to a missing Rome teen.

According to Floyd County Jail records, 44-year-old Tracy Brad Mclemore enticed a 15-year-old Rome girl to run away from her home. Since November, Mclemore had reportedly been sending the minor sexually explicit text messages, which culminated in her disappearance Wednesday. The next day, she was found unharmed by Troup County police at Mclemore’s home on 1435 Hamilton Rd in LaGrange.

Mclemore is a registered sex offender. In 2005, he was convicted of Sodomy in Alabama and was listed on the Georgia Sex Offender list at his current address in 2009.  For the January 24th incident, Mclemore is facing multiple charges; contributing to the delinquency of a minor, interference with custody, enticing a child for indecent purposes and child molestation. He was transported to the Floyd County Jail Friday, where he remains without bond.
