Rome City Police arrested a teen at the movie theatres Saturday, they say asked to touch a child inappropriately.  

   

According to Floyd County Jail reports, Riley Eugene Vaughn, age 18 of Rome, followed a juvenile into the bathrooms of the Movies at Mount Berry Square. While inside, Vaughn reportedly asked the 12-year-old boy if he could touch his genitals. City police apprehended Vaughn and charged him with felony enticing a child for indecent purposes. He remained overnight at the Floyd County Jail.
