Cartersville Police are investigating the discovery of a body on Collins Drive behind the BodyPlex Family Fitness Center Friday.

According to Captain Mark Camp, the body of a homeless man was found by a one of the deceased's friends, who is also a homeless individual.
The identity of the 40-year-old male has not yet been released. However, police say that he does have a history of health problems.

Camp says the death appears to be the result of natural causes.
