Two Missouri men that police said had more than 620 thousand dollars worth of heroin in their vehicle at the time of their arrest in January were indicted in U.S. District Court in Rome on Tuesday.
Twenty-eight-year-old Tony Terrell Glover and 32-year-old Derrick Decarlos, both of St. Louis, Missouri, were stopped on I-75 for a window tint and traffic violation.
Drug sniffing K9s alerted police that there were drugs in the vehicle. Police said they found heroin with a street value of 628 thousand dollars and a small amount of marijuana.
Each face a single count of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute. An arraignment date has not been set.
Glover and Decarlos have been in the Bartow County Jail since their arrest in January.
